We are conveniently located in Barrie’s downtown core, with easy exit off the 400 Highway at the Dunlop St East exit ramp to 29 Dunlop St W. The Bayfield exit is also just as convenient, and it's easy to get to the venue by taking a right onto Bayfield and driving to the end at Five Points. Then make a left onto Dunlop St West to Billy Dick’s Barbecue at 29 Dunlop St W.

We are a short walk west on Dunlop Street from the Five Points in Downtown Barrie.

Additionally, Barrie is centrally located between the GTA and Muskoka cottage country, as well as Collingwood’s Blue Mountain, making it easy for guests travelling from nearby areas.

Liquor licensing

We are a non-licensed liquor restaurant; however, we can accommodate you by applying for Special Occasion Permits (SOPs) to serve liquor at your event.

If you do not intend to sell liquor, the no-sale permit is $50 per day. For a cash bar, the permit is $150 per day.

Homemade wine and beer can be served at your event, but they cannot be sold, and must be made by a family member hosting the event.

Non-alcoholic beverage service

We can cater events with premium non-alcoholic beverages from Sober Sips. Enjoy beer, wine, sparkling wines, mocktails, spirits, bitters and mixers.

A: Yes, there is street parking in front of the venue and several city parking lots within close walking distance.

Street parking is free after 5 pm, on holidays and on weekends.

Do you offer outdoor event spaces?

A: No, at this time, we don’t.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

A: Let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule the date. However, we cannot guarantee that the venue will be available on the proposed new date.

Event venue deposits are non-refundable if a date change cannot be accommodated.

Can we bring our own decorations, lighting, and florals?

Yes, you can, but please let us know your decor preferences so we can confirm.

Is wifi available?

Yes, WIFI is available for guests and presentations.

Can you accommodate last-minute changes to layout or guest count?

Yes. Your final guest numbers can be confirmed 5 business days before the event date.

Do you have noise, lighting or photography restrictions?
